The homestead is established on the shore of the Lake Karališkis and can accommodate up to 80 guests. The spacious banquet hall is suitable for up to 200 guests, attending various celebrations, conferences or company events. In the cellar there is a cosy wine cellar with a fireplace. On the first floor of the building there are 7 bedrooms with WC, showers and terraces. In the building nearby there is a cosy hall with a fireplace and a terrace, while on the first floor – 7 bedrooms with WC and showers. Four summer houses are intended for relaxing family holidays. The guests can use a spacious sauna on the shore of the lake, a sandy beach, boats and pedalos, as well as basketball and volleyball courts.

Water activities

  1. It is possible to organize a kayak trip on the Šventoji River, and for lovers of extreme sensations - on the Siesarties River.
  2. Boat, pedal boats.
  3. Swimming in the clear water of Lake Karališkės, sandy shore, two piers.
  4. Fishing (you must have a fishing permit and own equipment).

Hall for events

* Spacious, cozy and large hall (210 sq.m.), accommodating up to 100 people (buffet for up to 150 people).

There is a great option for a group of 20-30 people to celebrate in excellent conditions - a hall (50 sq.m.) and a hall with a fireplace in the stone wine cellar (70 sq.m.)

* The homestead has rectangular, oval tables and tables, chairs, outdoor furniture for seminars.

* Tableware, tools, cups, decorations (sweet tableware, vases, candlesticks)

* Conference equipment (screen, projector, writing board, high-speed Wi-Fi connection)

* Other advantages: sound equipment, heated hall floor, adapted for the disabled, large terrace under the roof.

Catering services

Particular attention is paid to food quality, aesthetic presentation, and guest service. Professional chefs prepare food in the homestead from fresh produce grown by farmers. The menu is tailored to each client's preferences and financial capabilities.
